Phoned at 9 and got same day appointment. Saw a Dr I had not previously seen ( Dr Mah). Absolutely charming. Really helpful and very understanding. Did not feel at all rushed. Thank you.

I saw a HCA for a blood pressure check. Was in early, not rushed and we discussed future action. Very reassuring.

Yesterday I had an appointment with the locum I think he was called Dr Manuel, What a pleasure it was,he was welcoming,charming,listened to me,took his time,a real gentleman.he soon diagnosed my condition and was soon on my way.it reminded me of what my village doctor was like 50 years ago...well done balmoral he is a credit to you and dare I say some of the other doctors there ought to take a page out of his book

Went to obtain a repeat script, decided to take a B.P. reading on machine in reception. Handed the result to reception who attached it to my record. Because the result was somewhat high I was ushered in to see my GP within 3-5 minutes. Now obtaining prompt care to resolve this issue. Great care from receptionists and doctors

Balmoral surgery has always been wonderful whenever myself or my family have been unwell. Recently my youngest was unwell and the reception staff and doctors were very accommodating in seeing her urgently and this was hugely appreciated. I have had a few problems over the last years and have found the surgery wonderful. Keep going folks, brilliant surgery.
